Getting the design right is most of the job.
A walk-in that's wrong is wrong for fifteen years. The box gets sized off floor area when what matters is the product load — how much goes in, how warm it is when it arrives, and how fast it has to pull down. Get that wrong and the system runs constantly, ices up, and wears out early.
Then there's everything around it: where the door goes relative to the line, whether you need a floor or you're sitting on slab, where condensate drains to, whether the condensing unit sits on the box or remote where the noise and heat aren't your problem, and what the health inspector expects to see.
